Ruthven Community Care Center is community-owned 48 bed skilled facility that was built in 1986. RCCC is located centrally between Spencer & Emmetsburg. Enjoy country views, watch the beauty of the sunrise, the birds and the garden area. Our staff is dedicated to enriching the lives of our senior residents and their families.
